Exchanges and Store Credit

If you prefer to exchange a product or receive store credit instead of a refund, follow these steps:

1. Log In to Your Account:

2. Navigate to ‘My Orders’:

  • Once logged in, go to the ‘My Orders’ section. Here, you’ll find a list of all your recent orders.

3. Select the Order for Exchange:

  • Find the order that contains the product you want to exchange and click on it to view the order details.

4. Click ‘Exchange Product’:

  • In the order details section, look for the ‘Exchange Product’ button and click on it. This will take you to the exchange request form.

5. Complete the Exchange Request Form:

  • Fill out the exchange request form with the necessary information, including the reason for the exchange and the product you want in place of the original item. Ensure all details are correct.

6. Print Return Label:

  • Once your exchange request is approved, you will receive an email with a return label. Print the return label and attach it to the package.

7. Package the Product:

  • Carefully pack the product in its original packaging, along with all accessories, manuals, and any free gifts received. Ensure the product is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

8. Ship the Package:

  • Drop off the package at the nearest shipping location specified in the return label instructions. Keep the receipt and tracking number for your records.

9. Receive Confirmation:

  • Once we receive your returned product, you will receive a confirmation email. This email will include details of the exchange process.

10. Store Credit Option:

  • If you prefer to receive store credit instead of an exchange, indicate this in the exchange request form. Store credit will be applied to your account and can be used for future purchases.

Important Notes:

  • Exchange Window: Exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of receiving the product. Products outside this window may not be eligible for exchange.
  • Product Availability: Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired product is not available, you will receive store credit or a refund.
  • Condition: Returned products must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • Non-Exchangeable Items: Certain items, such as customized or personalized products, may not be eligible for exchange. Always check the product details and exchange policy before making a purchase.
